We established in 2015 with one goal in mind – to provide the best health and beauty experience for customers in the heart of Sydney. Being a Priceline branded pharmacy, we offer an extensive range of products across health and beauty that includes prescription and over-the counter medicine, vitamins, skincare, haircare, cosmetics and fragrances. Our mission is to make our customers happy and we strive to deliver great personalised advice, low prices and efficient service.

What are the benefits of partnering with epay for Alipay and Wechat Pay?

These new forms of payment are what some of our customers are increasingly using and we can see growth in this area in years to come. In order to capitalise on this we engaged epay for a solution
and working with them is a delight. They made the whole process easy to understand, gave us some ideas and marketing support and implemented it all in quick time.

What are the benefits of accepting Alipay/Wechat payments in your store?

We have already seen an increase in sales using AliPay and Wechat Pay and our customers seem happy that we offer the
service. We think it gives us a competitive edge over other stores and it also reduces cash handling and errors. I think it was a
good move for us and I’m looking forward to see how it will impact our sales over the next few months.

How do you advertise the new payment methods to capture people’s attention?

We have placed epay point of sale material throughout the store to let customers know we accept these
payment types. This is important as it draws customers in and reminds them to utilise the new payment options available.

What did you do for Chinese New Year and what will you do this year to capture more Chinese spend?

We had a number of sales events during the New Year period and that certainly helped bring customers to the store. Additionally, we utilised the Alipay app to advertise in-store discounts and bonus offers and this translated into increased sales and foot traffic. It is such an important shopping season for Sydney and we were glad to be part of such a great event.
