About the Position:


This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and focused individual who would like to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. As part of this team, you will manage the multiple work streams, projects, programmes and channels which the local Australian team is responsible for across the ANZ and SEA region.

Key Duties:

The role involves a range of duties, including but not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for managing and tracking project tasks, milestones, and deliverables
  • Assist the project and business teams to scope and plan projects
  • Coordinate internal and external teams for project delivery
  • Manage project business cases, project risk, issue management and change requests
  • Manage and assist in product testing and quality control
  • Assist in answering technical or process queries
  • Take minutes at meetings or workshops
  • Manage tasks required for sprint planning
  • Report and update project status
  • Develop project documentation
  • Coordinate with the team of international project managers on project delivery tasks
  • Generate and send reports on project status
  • Manage project closure and ensure proper handover to operations team



About You:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in working in project management role or environment
  • Ability to apply project management method/methodology principles
  • Ability to work with internal and external cross functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate and work closely as part of a global team
  • Work with limited/minimal supervision on tasks and activities assigned.
  • Highly developed documentation, knowledge, and information management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organised and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines.
  • Intermediate MS Office software skills.
